Harkand DSV to assist Nevis South drilling in North Sea

Offshore staff

ABERDEEN, UK – Apache Beryl Ltd. has contracted Harkand to support development drilling on the Nevis South field in the UK central North Sea.

Harkand will provide project management and engineering services, and will deploy a dive support vessel (either the Harkand Da Vinci or Harkand Atlantis) to install new subsea equipment.

The work falls under the master service agreement the contractor signed with Apache in 2014.

Last year Harkand performed tie-in work for the Nevis S67 well and a Beryl midline disconnect job.

It also supported Apache’s Phase 1 Aviat development which included preparation work and Forties field platform tie-ins of the newly installed Aviat flowline.
