LONDONCluff Natural Resources has entered a further memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Halliburton Manufacturing and Services.

This involves collaboration in the development of Cluff’s UK southern North Sea gas and Underground Coal Gasification assets, for a further two years.

Cluff is looking to develop five gas licenses that are all close to the producing Breagh field, operated by INEOS.

Under the collaboration, Halliburton will provide technical and consultancy services.

Both parties also intend to shortly enter into a separate written agreement(s) in relation to the services to be provided. The MOU will remain in place until Feb. 5, 2018.
