Dyas agrees to terms for offshore Malaysia license farm-ins

STOCKHOLM, Sweden – Lundin Malaysia has signed farm-out agreements with subsidiaries of the Netherlands-based Dyas for three production-sharing contracts (PSCs) in the Sabah region offshore East Malaysia.

Subject to approval from the Malaysian authorities Dyas will gain 20% of the PSC for blocks SB307/308 in return for covering certain forward costs for the current offshore exploration campaign.

In addition, Dyas will gain 20% of the gas holding area in block SB303 and 15% of PM328 in the Malay basin, offshore Peninsular Malaysia.
