Barakah to conduct hook-up for Petronas FLNG vessel

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia – Petronas has contracted Barakah Offshore Petroleum subsidiary PBJV Group to undertake offshore works for an FLNG vessel offshore Sarawak/Sabah.

The scope covers engineering, procurement, installation and on-board hook-up, commissioning, and start-up activities.

The completed floating LNG plant will have a rated capacity of 1.2 million metric tons/yr.
