ABERDEEN, UKSubsea 7 will provide further decommissioning services next year for Centrica’s Rose and Stamford gas fields in the UK southern North Sea.

The project is the latest call-off contract under a partnership frame agreement the two parties signed in 2005.

Earlier this year, Subsea 7 completed the phase one campaign which included removal and recovery of various subsea pipeline components from the two fields and management of waste disposal.

Next year’s activities will involve six of the contractor’s North Sea diving support vessels.
