DNO considers production boost offshore Oman

Offshore staff

OSLO, Norway – Production from the Bukha and West Bukha fields in block 8 offshore Oman averaged 7,323 boe/d during 3Q, according to operator DNO International.

The company may drill an additional development well to raise oil and gas production at West Bukha.

In the United Arab Emirates, the company’s offshore Saleh field continues to produce small volumes of gas and liquids on an intermittent basis.

Next year DNO plans 3D seismic activity at its Tunisian Sfax Offshore exploration permit in preparation for drilling a well in 2017.
