North Energy transfers stake in Barents Sea license

TROMSO, NorwayNorth Energy has agreed to sell its 10% interest in production license 708 in the Barents Sea to Pure E&P Norway.

Following closure of the sale, the licensees will comprise Lundin Norway as operator with 40%, Lukoil Overseas North Shelf (20%), Edison Norge (20%), Lime Petroleum Norway (10%), and Pure E&P Norway (10%).
