Ezra, Chiyoda move forward with subsea services joint venture

SINGAPORE
Ezra Holdings Ltd. and Chiyoda Corp. are moving forward with previously announced joint venture plans for subsea services work.

The companies have executed a binding share sale and subscription agreement that provides for Chiyoda to acquire shares of a company to be incorporated in the UK by EMAS-AMC Holdings Pte Ltd. and the subscription by Chiyoda of new shares in the issued share capital of the joint venture company.

The proposal is subject to approval of current shareholders.
