BP picks Ocean Installer for GoM work

Offshore staff

STAVANGER, Norway – BP has awarded Ocean Installer a regional framework agreement for subsea work in the Gulf of Mexico.

The agreement covers subsea fabrication, transportation, and installation of offshore facilities, as well as hook up and commissioning, and is valid for three years. Specific work scopes will be carried out under individual call-off contracts, and accordingly no firm work is currently committed under the agreement.

The agreement covers BP’s operations in the GoM region and work will be managed from Ocean Installer’s Houston office.
