Sparrows to maintain ADMA-OPCO offshore cranes

ABERDEEN, UK - Offshore lifting specialist Sparrows Group has won a five-year contract from Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Co. (ADMA-OPCO).

Sparrows, working with local partner Abu Dhabi Oilfield Services, will provide operations and maintenance support to all cranes and lifting equipment aboard the operator’s offshore platforms and the Al Hyleh barge in the UAE.

The three-year agreement, covering the Umm Shaif Super Complex, Zakum West Super Complex, and the Zakum Central Super Complex, includes an option for two one-year extensions.

Sparrows recently opened new Middle East regional headquarters in Dubai, and has formed another strategic partnership with the Zamil Group in Saudi Arabia.
