Offshore staff

HOUSTON Noble Energy (NYSE: NBL) is P&A’ing the Cheetah exploration well in the Tilapia license offshore Cameroon after reaching the targeted Cretaceous interval.

The well encountered crude oil and natural gas shows in non-commercial reservoir sands. Results will be integrated into the company’s geologic model to determine remaining prospectivity in the license.

Following the completion of operations, the rig will be released.
