Siem names Hillersøy as CEO

KRISTIANSAND, Norway – Siem Offshore has appointed Idar Hillersøy as CEO.

Hillersøy moves from the OSV segment of the company and will also take over Siem Offshore Industrial Investments.

Terje Sørensen will step down as CEO of Siem Offshore Inc. and leave the company after a transitional phase.

In addition, Svein Erik Mykland will step down as COO and take over responsibility for the follow up and development of Siem Offshore Contractors. The company said that a new COO will be employed.
