Rosneft puts name forward for Brazil license round

MOSCOW – Rosneft subsidiary RN-Brasil has registered to bid for Brazil’s 13th license round.

Registration, which remains subject to approval from ANP (Agencia Nacional do Petroleo, Gas Natural e Biocombustiveis – Brazil), will allow the company to obtain geological data related to selected blocks.

The 13th round takes in 10 blocks and basins, offshore and onshore.
