WGP wraps up latest Norway reservoir monitoring campaign

Offshore staff

BISHOPSTROW, UKWGP Group has completed spring 2015 permanent reservoir monitoring (PRM) operations on the Statoil-operated Snorre and Grane fields in the North Sea.

In total the team acquired more than 6,000 km (3,728 mi) of data over the two fields under the second year of the program.

Source operations started over Grane following mobilization from Stavanger on May 3 of the platform supply vessel Siddis Sailor, operated by OH Meling, and deploying WGP’s dual portable modular source system.

Work will resume later this summer.
