Offshore staff

LONDON – Ophir Energy has signed a binding heads of terms for a chartering and operating services agreement with Golar LNG. This agreement establishes commercial terms for Golar to build, operate, and maintain the FLNG vessel and facilities at the Fortuna project in block R offshore Equatorial Guinea.
