Harkand to do dive support for Campeche pipeline

LONDON – Harkand has won a $5-million contract from Swiber Offshore Mexico S.A. de C.V. to provide saturation diving services in support of a pipeline project.

Harkand’s scope of work includes support of installation of risers and expansion spools to the Ayatsil field in Campeche Sound, Gulf of Mexico.

The company will install a portable saturation diving system on Swiber’s vessel, and the contract includes an option to use Harkand’s DSV Swordfish.

Harkand has teamed with Arena Servicios de Mexico to deliver services in Mexico.
