Offshore US rig count holds steady

HOUSTON – Baker Hughes count of rigs operating offshore US held steady last week at 54. Of this number, 53 were in the Gulf of Mexico.

This in a week where the total US rotary rig count dropped 42, reaching 1,568 as compared to 1,610 the week prior.
