Xiamen orders deck equipment from MacGregor

HELSINKI, Finland – MacGregor has won deck equipment orders from Xiamen Shipbuilding for six vessels under construction.

Two 100-m (328-ft), 300-person accommodation/work barges will get eight-point mooring with 85-metric ton (93.7-ton) line pull/150-metric ton (165-ton) brake holding capacity, tugger winches, and capstans. Equipment delivery is scheduled from 2Q 2015 to 3Q 2016.

Four 99.8-m accommodation/installation/maintenance/repair vessels will get a variety of unspecified deck machinery. Equipment delivery is scheduled from 3Q 2015 to 2Q 2016.
