Maersk extends rig stay in North Sea

HOUSTON – Maersk Olie og Gas has activated the second of three one-year options for Northern Offshore’s jackup Energy Enhancer.

The start date is in mid-July, committing the rig to continued operation in the Danish North Sea until July 2015. Value of the extension is $52 million.
