PERTH, Australia – Woodside says hook-up activities are nearing completion on the North Rankin B platform on Australia’s North West Shelf, under the North Rankin redevelopment project. Commissioning is in progress.

The project is on budget and on track for completion in 2013. It is designed to access 5 tcf (142 bcm) of discovered, undeveloped, low-pressure gas reserves.

Phase-1 engineering, procurement, and fabrication for the Greater Western Flank project also continues as planned, with Phase-1 drilling completed in 4Q 2012.

The program is on budget and on schedule for completion in early 2016. Phase-1 and subsequent phases will potentially access about 3 tcf (85 bcm) of gas and 100 MMbbl of condensate.
