Shell, Seaway sign offshore heavy-lift accord

ZOETERMEER, the Netherlands – Seaway Heavy Lifting has signed an enterprise framework agreement with Shell Global Solutions for offshore installation.

The five-year contract covers engineering, project management, and offshore installation of fixed and floating facilities. Although the agreement may apply globally, the initial focus will be on Shell projects in the North Sea, US Gulf of Mexico, West Africa, and Brazil.
