Otto drilling two offshore oil development wells in Philippines

SYDNEY, Australia – Two development wells have spudded at Galoc oil field offshore the Philippines.

Otto Energy Ltd. (ASX:OEL) says the Galoc 5H and 6H wells in SC14C are part of the Galoc Phase 2 plans approved last year.

The Ocean Patriot semisubmersible drilling rig is on location, and drilling of both wells is expected to last for 115 days.
