Cegelec awarded Ichthys commissioning role

PARIS – Cegelec Oil & Gas Services has won two three-year commissioning contracts for the Ichthys LNG project offshore northwest Australia.

The company will perform pre-commissioning and commissioning engineering of the offshore central processing facility and the FPSO, as well as commissioning execution for each unit, out of their respective yards in South Korea.

During the execution phase, Cegelec will work in integrated teams with each EPCC contractor, providing relevant commissioning input.
