ABERDEEN, UK – Bridge Energy is seeking a farm-in partner to help develop the Vulcan satellite fields in the UK southern North Sea.

These are in the Vulcan East, North West Vulcan, and Vulcan South licenses. Total recoverable resources are estimated at 315 bcf (9 bcm).

Bridge aims to develop the Vulcan area via a cluster development leading to first gas in the second half of 2014.

In the UK central North Sea, the company would like to drill an additional well to explore and appraise the Duart East prospect and the Duart South discovery. However, timing will depend on how quickly Talisman Energy can bring the host Tartan platform back online.
