The cantilever-type, self-elevating unit will provide drilling services to Midia Resources for one exploratory well each on the Ioana and Eugenia prospects in offshore blocks XV Midia and XIII Pelican.

Currently, the rig is in position and preparing to spud the Ioana well in a water depth of 90 m (295 ft). Rig move and positioning operations were supported by the vessels GSP Vega and GSP Orion.

GSP previously provided drilling services for the Doina and Ana wells in the southern Midia block.
