Offshore staff

STOCKHOLM, Sweden – The Tiga Papan 5 wildcat well offshore Sabah, Malaysia, will be P&A’d as a dry hole by Lundin Petroleum (NASDAQ:LUPE;TSX:LUP).

The well, in blocks SB307 and SB308, reached the target mid-Miocene sand of the Tiga Papan Unit but found only water. This target was an un-appraised fault block successfully tested in 1982.

The West Courageous now moves to block SB303 to drill the Berangan prospect.
