Dana Gas set to approve UAE field development

SHARJAH, UAE – Dana Gas says an independent assessment of reserves in the Zora field in the company’s Sharjah Western Offshore concession is nearing completion.

Dana has issued an invitation to tender for fabrication and installation of an offshore platform. Once all contractual arrangements are in place, the project construction phase will start.

Dana Gas estimates the development cost for Zora at $125-150 million.
