Rialto strengthens hold on Cote d'Ivoire license

SYDNEY, Australia – Rialto Energy has completed acquisition of the remaining 25% equity in C+L Natural Resources Limited that it did not previously own.

C+L Natural has an 85% interest in exploration block CI-202, offshore Cote d’Ivoire.

Rialto describes CI-202 as a highly prospective oil and gas licence containing multiple oil and gas discoveries. The transaction should allow it to speed up its drilling and development operations in country.
