Offshore staff

LONDON -- Wood Group Kenny has won a subsea engineering contract to support the Browse LNG development offshore Western Australia's Kimberley region, 425 km (264 mi) northwest of Broome.

J P Kenny Pty and associated Wood Group Kenny companies have been performing the subsea and pipelines front-end engineering and design (FEED) for Browse since February at a dedicated office in Perth. The studies should take up to 15 months to complete. First gas from Browse is slated for 2017.

MCS Kenny is participating in the riser FEED work for Browse, and will support Aker Solutions to provide design and engineering solutions for the steel catenary risers.
