Canadian utility Manitoba Hydro seeks bids to supply isolated phase bus for the 695-MW Keeyask hydroelectric project. Bids are due July 23.
Manitoba Hydro also seeks bids by July 15 for design, manufacture and delivery of seven static excitation systems and seven static excitation transformers for Keeyask. It took bids July 7 for stoplogs, gates and trashracks and June 2 for switchgear and bus duct for Keeyask.
The utility now seeks bids for design, fabrication, testing, supply, delivery, pre-commissioning and commissioning assistance for seven sets of isolated phase bus for Keeyask. Work is to include on-site training of Manitoba Hydro personnel and participation in the utility's reliability centered maintenance analysis.
