The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Huntington District invites expressions of interest to perform dam safety geotechnical and drilling work at Corps facilities throughout the United States. Responses are due Jan. 22, 2015.

The Huntington District previously requested information on firms able to perform the work. It plans to issue one indefinite delivery contract for one year and four option years for a total not to exceed $10 million.

Firms should have experience in a lengthy list of geotechnical activities including hydraulic rock scour evaluation; geo-hydraulic engineering, rock mechanics and soil mechanics expertise; rock and soils anchoring; exploratory drilling with up to six rigs on site within seven days; acoustic and video downhole geophysics and other areas.

The solicitation notice may be obtained from the Federal Business Opportunities Internet site, www.fbo.gov, by entering Solicitation No. W9123715R0001 in the "Keyword/Solicitation #" box.
