OILES America, Corp. (OAC) recently announced the promotion of Ken Holsenback as the first U.S. full-time director. Holsenback will also be the first U.S. executive to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for OAC.

“Mr. Holsenback has been a major contributor to the growth of OILES America,” stated Yoichiro Hayshi, president of OILES America. “We are pleased to have him as a member of our Board of Directors and believe that his front-line and leadership experience will provide us with the insights needed to advance and grow our organization in the coming years.”

The subsidiary of OILES Corporation of Japan, located their North American corporate headquarters to Concord, N.C.’s International Business Park in 1990. Holsenback joined OAC in 2010 as a Leadership Team member and Plant Manager. The 48,000 square-foot expansion allowed OAC to increase production capacity to correspond with increasing customer demand and allowed the organization to introduce additional product lines to their portfolio for future business growth in the North and South American market.

“I’m proud of what our team has accomplished at OILES America,” said Holsenback. “As the first U.S. member of the Board of Directors, I’m eager to work with our team to identify ways to effectively grow our U.S. operations today and strategically align our resources and vision for the future.”

Prior to his career at OAC, Holsenback, with a bachelor’s of science degree in electrical engineering from Auburn University, gained over 25 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, business development, finance and human resources.

The North American subsidiary of OILES Corporation of Japan, OILES America Corporation is an  leader in maintenance free bearing products. In the industrial equipment market, OILES America Corporation's maintenance free bearing products offer cost effective alternatives to automatic lubrication systems, while freeing machine operators from day to day lubrication requirements.
