HydroVision Brasil board invites industry members to share expertise

HydroVision Brasil 2014

The advisory board for HydroVision Brasil is now accepting abstracts for the 2014 conference program.

This year's conference and exhibition is again co-located with POWER-GEN Brasil and DistribuTECH Brasil, making it South America's premier event for the power generation industry.

Topics of particular interest include:

  • Business, finance and asset management strategy;
  • Environmental, regulatory, social and communication issues;
  • Equipment and technology;
  • Dams and civil structures;
  • New hydro energy production; and
  • Small and medium hydro energy.

The list is not all-inclusive, the advisory board said, and special consideration will be given to presentations that include case studies with utilities. For more topic ideas, visit here.

Interested parties are asked to submit a 150-300 word abstract on one or more of the technical focus areas by Monday, February 24.

HydroVision Brasil takes place October 21-23 at the Transamerica Expo Center in Sao Paulo.
