U.S. National Guard seeks dam safety work at Marquette Lake Dam

The U.S. Army National Guard invites applications for qualification to perform dam safety work at Marquette Lake Dam at the Fort Indiantown Gap National Guard Training Center in Pennsylvania. Responses are due July 9.

In a solicitation set aside for small businesses, the Guard seeks architectural and engineering services for a design to remediate overtopping and failure of a dam embankment and spillway to ensure the structure survives the probable maximum flood in the Marquette Lake drainage basin. The dam safety work is expected to cost $100,000 to $500,000.

A solicitation notice may be obtained from the Federal Business Opportunities Internet site, www.fbo.gov, by entering Solicitation No. W912KC10302421 in the "Keyword/Solicitation #" box.

Firms are invited to submit Standard Form 330 packages to the address below by 3 p.m., Eastern time, July 9. Forms may be obtained on the Internet at www.gsa.gov/portal/forms/type/TOP/category/22457/hostUri/portal.
