U.S. Reclamation seeks engineers in Idaho, Oregon, Washington

The Bureau of Reclamation seeks bids from architect-engineering firms to provide general purpose contract services as well as work on anadromous fish habitat improvement in the Pacific Northwest. Bids are due Nov. 14.

Reclamation took bids in June from architect-engineering firms to provide surveying services in the region.

Reclamation's Pacific Northwest Regional Office now plans to award up to three indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contracts for general purpose contract work mainly in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington involving engineering, planning, and support functions such as economics, environmental, natural, physical, and social sciences. Total task orders are not expected to exceed $25 million.

Reclamation also plans to award up to three indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contracts for anadromous fish habitat improvement projects in the same area involving hydrologic/hydraulic engineering, numerical modeling, process geomorphology, stream rehabilitation, sediment transport analysis, and anadromous fish habitat biology. Total task orders are not expected to exceed $15 million.

The contracts are to be for one year with four one-year option periods.
