In a set-aside for small businesses, the Corps seeks a consultant to help the Corps manage the nutrient supplementation pilot program. Work is to include updating fertilization prescription tables, helping develop application plans, record keeping, reviewing water quality monitoring data, recommending changes, and preparing annual reports.
