Other work includes upgrade of electrical equipment, instrumentation, controls, and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system. Contractors also would rehabilitate 110-kilovolt and 220-kV substations.

Hidroelectrica invites technical proposals in the first stage of a two-stage bid process. Following examination of technical proposals, qualified bidders will be invited to submit tenders in the second stage.
