Czech firm takes bids to refurbish 400-kW Kolin

MVE Kolin s.r.o. seeks bids for refurbishment of the 400-kW Kolin hydroelectric project on the Elbe River in Kolin, Czech Republic. Bids are due February 9.

MVE Kolin seeks reconstruction of the small hydro plant, including complete replacement of equipment and related structural modifications. Work, valued at 80 million koruny (US$4.2 million) would be performed by a general contractor or on a turnkey basis.

Tender documents may be obtained from the address below for 200 koruny (US$11). Bids are due by noon Feb. 9.
