GRDA worker dies in apparent fall at power plant

A contractor working for the Grand River Dam Authority died Sunday in a fall at the Grand River Energy Center, a thermal power plant east of Chouteau, Oklahoma.

The GRDA is still investigating what happened to the man, who died after a 30-foot fall at about 1 p.m.

According to reports, the contractor’s name was not released.
