While new to residential customers in the Mid-Atlantic region, Reliant Energy currently serves 1.5 million customers including residential, small business and large commercial customers, primarily in Texas. The company also offers service to large commercial and industrial customers in Delaware, the District of Columbia, New Jersey, Illinois, Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Service from Reliant is available to the majority of customers served by investor-owned utilities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland.
