Renewable power and heating for biorefinery

A biofuel production facility that operates entirely on renewable heat and power generated on-site from biowaste materials is expected to be commissioned this month.

Located in the San Joaquin Valley Region in California, US, the Biodico Westside Facility is expected to produce up to 20 million gallons of biodiesel per year from multiple feedstocks.

‘This facility demonstrates Biodico’s commitment to an integrated value chain model that includes accelerated and inexpensive construction and deployment, enhanced throughput with reduced operating costs, and increased monetization of renewable fuel and energy,’ said Biodico President and Founder, Russ Teall.
