Banvit deal with Tres Enerji on cogen

Turkish meat processing company Banvit Bandirma Vitaminli Yem Sanayi AS has reportedly signed a deal with Tres Enerji covering the development of an 8.7 MW cogeneration facility.

The project is anticipated to produce approximately 29,400 MWhe and 17,640 MWhth annually.

To be realized under a Build-Operate-Transfer model, the deal is believed to cover an initial period of four years.
