Plans for the reconstruction of the Minsk cogeneration plant No. 3 are expected to see work begin in 2016.

According to comments attributed to Viktor Dulinets, director of the enterprise, proposals for turn-key reconstruction of the cogeneration plant will be evaluated in September.
