New Jersey high-rise gets CHP

A newly-constructed 135 unit, 11 floor luxury apartment building in Northern New Jersey, US is to use an on-site combined heat and power system.

Supplied by Tecogen, the CM-60 CHP system will deliver electricity and domestic hot water and provide significant energy savings, Tecogen says.
