The £90m contract was awarded to Carillon by Client Hub Residential for the development of the Hoola London project.

Work is set to commence immediately on the construction of the project which features one 24-storey tower and one 23-storey tower, providing 360 residential apartments and one commercial unit and is scheduled for completion by autumn 2016.

Along with energy sharing agreements to provide district heating, other environmental features include blue roofs, which have been developed to manage surface water run-off, and storage.
