Series 4520Cx ruggedized blowout preventer (BOP) control computer workstations are on the market.

They are IECEx Zone 2 and UL Div. 2 certified. Models come standard with 2.0 GHz (2.8 GHz Turbo) i7 CPU and 8GB of RAM.

Designed with a dual-power input relay for CPU, each computer is equipped with automatic failover without CPU restart. Power is continuous and uninterrupted. All models are IP66 rated with rugged glass-on-glass resistive touchscreen interphase and two fiberoptic network connections.

Series 4520Cx is rated 0° to +55°C. and includes a solid state cooling device to ensure the unit will not fail due to extreme temperatures.
