Two flameproof alternators are ATEX and IECEx certified for hazardous Zones 1 or 2, NEC 500 Division 2, and NEC 505 Zone.

Rugged, sealed design makes models harsh-environment-applicable and resistant to corrosion fluid, dust, and debris, declares the manufacturer.

ASX-200 12-v alternators are battery excited and designed to be direct replacement for nonflameproof types used on diesel engines. This model's rear cover can be rotated to provide several possible cable entry positions for wiring connections convenience. Some adjustments to mounting brackets and belt tensioning link may be necessary.

ASX-300 is a 24-v range alternator with the same characteristics of ASX-200 plus externally-excited or self-exciting availability. Neither requires a battery or external power source. The maximum output demand should not exceed 25 amp. Further alternators specifics are yours free.
