The patent pending fire tube optimizer is designed for larger process heating applications in treaters, dehydrators, heaters, or other applications. ASAC optimizes fire tube operation as it monitors and controls combustion chamber secondary air.
ASAC's manufacturer declares "most fire tubes consuming 500MM BTU/hr or more will realize a substantial emission reduction and quick payback from fuel savings." In actual field studies, carbon dioxide emissions reduced as much as 50% to make ASAC beneficial to EPA and and other regulators.
For processes with pneumatic or electrical power, ASAC can be installed prior to commissioning new equipment or retrofit on existing field equipment.
