NHP shell and tube heat exchangers are newly developed to meet demands in cleaning 25-ton tank containers.
Models are designed for up to 300 bar as effective for steam, overheated water, or thermal oil.
NHPs are easily un-installed for service and cleaning staff access. This keeps heat-exchange surfaces mechanically clean to eliminate the need for chemical cleaning, declares the manufacturer.
Individual exchangers are produced from standard components according to your specifications. They output from 100 to 2,500 KW. The great number of standardized elements used in NHP include those with standardized pipe sizes, diameters, and intervals; case cross-sections; covering elements; and operator-control components. These enable several hundred combination variants.
Approximately 5% of the heat-exchange surface is redundant to allow involved pipes to be plugged in case of leakage. If less than 95% of heat exchange surface is active, it is possible to easily exchange the shell and tube assembly.
Six available shell diameters are offered between 168 and 406 mm in addition to standard 1,200 and 2,500 mm lengths.
