GCAP gas chromatography device is announced for such petrochemical and industrial applications as process monitoring, energy distribution, safety and security, and environmental control. It is based on nano-scale silicon components licensed from the CEA-Leti and California Institute of Technology.
Designed for advanced gas analysis and research labs, GCAP's flexible architecture is based on high-density silicon columns and sensors. The instrument can be configured to perform in a number of different modes. These include conventional, multi-dimensional, or concurrent analysis.
A key GCAP feature: ability to work with a number of different carrier gases - is made possible by silcon nano-scale sensors' extreme sensitivity.
